The Gossamer Gear SitLight Pad is crafted to fit perfectly in the pad pocket of their overnight backpacks, providing firm support and cushioning for your back while promoting airflow to keep you comfortable. This ultra-light, versatile pad also serves as a seat during breaks or camp, extends your sleep pad, or acts as a pillow base. Made from durable, flexible closed-cell foam, it resists water and UV damage. Compatible exclusively with the Mariposa 60 and Gorilla 50 PVT packs.

Over 20 years ago, our founder Glen Van Peski realized that traveling lighter on and off trail is simply… better. Since the early days of hand-sewing each pack to order in Glen’s garage, we’ve remained committed to asking ourselves one question: Is this the right thing to do?

While the answer isn’t always a clear yes or no, the process of answering this question always puts us on the right track.
