Vivo Barefoot Primus Trail Knit FG Women's Trail Shoes

The Primus Trail Knit FG Grounding is a knitted evolution of Vivobarefoot's original trail runner, built for breathable, sock-like comfort on hardpack trails. A zero-drop, 7mm-stack sole keeps genuine ground feel while a Firm Ground outsole with 4mm lugs grips loose dirt, gravel and firm trail. The recycled polyester knit upper flexes with the foot and sheds debris without the bulk of a traditional shoe, and a quick-lace toggle system gives a fast, secure fit. A conductive outsole and removable conductive insole create an electrical pathway between foot and ground on natural surfaces — Vivobarefoot's "grounding" construction. Suits trail running, fastpacking and day hikes on firm, hardpack terrain.

• Conductive removable insole (5.5% carbon, 15% recycled PET, 22.5% PU, 57% recycled PU) paired with the conductive outsole to create an earthing pathway between foot and ground on natural terrain.
• Recycled polyester lining (80% recycled polyester, 20% polyurethane) for added comfort against the foot.
• Quick-lace toggle closure (100% nylon) for a fast, secure and adjustable fit.
• Water-resistant textile coating; not a waterproof membrane, and resistance diminishes with wear.
• Wide, foot-shaped toe box lets toes splay naturally for stability and ground feedback.
