The Montane Men's Tenacity XT is a durable winter softshell pant for cold-weather trekking, alpine walking and snow camping, where abrasion and changeable conditions take a toll on lighter legwear. GRANITE Stretch Thermal, a four-way stretch double weave with a soft peached backer, moves freely and adds warmth, while a non-fluorocarbon water repellent finish sheds light rain and snow. Schoeller Keprotec Kevlar® reinforces the hems, where boot scuffs and rock wear are heaviest. Hidden mesh-lined thigh vents dump heat on long climbs, and zipped hems open to fit over trekking or mountaineering boots. The mountain fit leaves room for a baselayer underneath on the coldest days.
