BioLite's Dash 450 is a USB-C rechargeable headlamp built specifically for runners, with a low-profile 3D Slimfit design that sits flush against the forehead at just 10mm thick. A dimmable 450-lumen beam throws light out to 90m on spot, while the rear red light and reflective printing keep you visible from behind on early starts or after-dark laps. Moisture-wicking fabric and a balanced, nearly weightless fit keep it comfortable through long runs or overnight hikes, with battery indicator LEDs, brightness memory and a lock mode for when it's stashed in a pack.
