The Montane Men's Tenacity Softshell Shorts are built for rocky ridgelines, steep climbs and fast-moving days in the hills. GRANITE Flex softshell, a recycled nylon double weave with 12% elastane, resists abrasion, blocks light wind and stays breathable, with a PFAS-free water repellent finish to shed showers. A low-profile waistband with an integrated 25 mm belt and aluminium buckle sits comfortably under a pack hip belt or harness. An articulated gusset and pre-shaped stance patterning let you step high without the fabric pulling. Two zipped welt hand pockets and a zipped thigh pocket keep small items secure. The mountain fit leaves room for a baselayer underneath on cooler days.
